-Plant 3D-Modelling works using Plant Design Management System (PDMS) facilities for actual plant design analysis.
-Check technical drawing submittal from subcontractors pertaining to mechanical process piping & electrical layout plans, elevation, isometric & shop drawings.
-Interference check between mechanical process piping, supports, electrical ladders, fire fighting, HVAC & other related services & structures.
-Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams.
-Meet with subcontractors & consultants concerning revisions of plans.
-Revise drawings by optimum utilization of Auto CAD 2008 as per other design section and equipment manufacturer’s comments.
Preparation of piping isometric drawings for both large and small bore piping.
-Plant 3D-Modelling works and Plant 3D-Design Review using state of the art 3D-Cad Plant Design System (PDS) facilities for actual plant design analysis.
-Preparation of fabrication detail drawings of power boiler’s non pressure components such as air and gas duct system, economizer hopper and buckstay as per general arrangement and relevant equipment outline drawings.
-Provides material bill of quantity and specifications for cost estimation.
-Revise drawings by optimum utilization of Auto CAD 2005 as per other design section and equipment manufacturers’ comments.
