Professional technician with medium background to work in oil and gas industry, with ten (10) years of experience, specific in operation, maintenance and engineering management, coordinates the maintenance teams, defines the need of resources according to work load, manages contractors and subcontractors, ensures the interface between commercial team and production teams planning - schedules the routine maintenance works - schedules the works during shutdowns - schedules subcontractors interventions execution - checks, improves and validates the technical offers he has in charge - submits improvement offers to the client in order to improve contracting, equipment availability and costs optimization - supervises the work implementation - Analyses the teams feedback Control / Reporting - Controls the correct technical execution of the works implemented by the company and subcontractors teams - Optimizes material resources.
Experience in developing analysis, methods for determining reliability of components, equipment and processes. Acquires data from de CMMS and analyzes this. Prepare diagrams, charts, drawing, calculations and reports for defining reliability problems and their improvements. Conduct root cause analysis for plants, systems and equipments, reliability problems, experience in analysis of pareto, weibull , reliability growth and mean time between failure.
Develop preventive maintenance and program procedure, excellent knowledge in problem solving troubleshooting, applying failure analysis technique and recommend for equipment design upgrade.
Familiar with HAZOP study, international codes and standards, regulations and practices followed in the Petroleum industry, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001.
To plan, to execute and to control the programs of predictive and preventive maintenance by condition and frequency, to realise inspection of mechanical integrity in equipment, securing and quality control in the manufacture of oil consumptions and during the construction and maintenance of pipe lines, gas pipelines and facilities for the extraction and processing of petroleum and gas, control and prevention of corrosion.
Good knowledge of packaging, Shopping and logistics.
