January 2008 to Present – Boiling House Shift Process Supervisor: Global Skills Providers Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Victorias City, Negros Occidental. After availing the retrenchment program offered by Victorias Milling Company (VMC), employment was still continued under the umbrella of Global Skills Providers with the same job functions while being employed by VMC.
October 1999 to December 2007 – Boiling House Shift Process Supervisor: Victorias Milling Company, Inc. Victorias City, Negros Occidental. Supervises during the assigned shift the general conduct of activities to ensure optimum Boiling House recovery of sucrose from cane extracted mixed juice and refinery syrup and oversees effective utilization of available manpower, equipment and machinery capacities, steam and electrical power. Keeps and maintains operations logbook for documentation. Reports directly to Boiling House Assistant Manager.
January 1999 to October 1999 – VMC Manufacturing Area Office Technical Staff: Assisted in the accreditation of ISO 9001 for VMC, oversees various expansion project of Boiling House Department and implements systems renovations to improve Boiling House Recovery and Efficiency.
