Position : Safety Admin Officer


Profile:

• Conduct Induction for new employees joining to the site.

• Conduct frequent visit to work area and conduct audit on compliance of PPE, unsafe work practice, unsafe work conditions and give advice to the work force on safe work practices.

• Report on site conditions to the HSE Manager and prepare and submit daily inspection reports to HSE Manager.

• Conduct various studies, inspections, audits as advised by HSE Manager and prepare reports.

• Day to day administration for the HSE Department.

• Assist in preparation of incident investigation reports. Records incident data, near miss data etc and prepare summary for various meetings.

• Attend Tool Box Talks and give advice to the workforce on Safety during the Tool Box Talks.

• Conduct inspection on permits and check the permit compliance at site.

• Inspecting Full body Harness & Lanyards then Providing Color code as per rules

Area of responsibility /Role

• Manage self correspondence, Analytical Report of material

• Making Report of Observation Cards and Chart time to time and submitting its report to the table of management & Sub-contractor’s.

• Knowledge of Incident / Accident procedure, Near miss, Fatality, recordable, LTI, Etc..,

• Registering Method Statement & Job Safety Analysis of each works related of the project.

• Making presentations for weekly Critiques meetings, Smiley Chart
(Safety Deviation Compliance Weekly summary) of each area of site and Safety walk down Schedule, Plot Chart etc., and presenting it at the meetings.

• Making Export-Import Documents (i.e.Invoice, Packinglist, Analytical report, Covering letter then Arrange and send all Documents to the party’s and making Customer’s Commercial Invoice, Gate pass of outgoing material, maintain updating electronics Files.

Academic Qualification

• B.A Degree from Sri.Vyasa N.S.S.College(Calicut University-Kerala)

• Pre-degree Completed from Sri.Vyasa N.S.S.College(Calicut University- Kerala)

• S.S.L.C. from Govt.High School- Varavoor- Kerala.

• Diploma in Fire & Safety Management from National Institute of Labour Education & Management (NILEM-Chennai -India)

• B-Safe Certificate :- Received Certificate of recognition from the Ras Gas Company for contribution in the Project and for the rule in achieving Over one million B-safe observations in 2008 and 2009.

Passed DIET Course (Deploma In Excecutive Tools)(Fundamental Computer program
(MS Word, Excell, Powerpoint Foxpro, MS Dos.) Internet surfing, e-mail,Net work.
