Payroll-cum-Personnel officer:
Participates in meetings related to all matters of employee relations.
To co-ordinates to the workers on-site in daily basis and ensures that fully understand HR policies and procedures as appropriate.
To summarize name list of site workers who will undergo for finger printing, medical tests and re-medical schedule to supervisor concerned.
To check each employee time sheet on screen and make reconciliation to the summary of monthly supervisor time sheets for final payroll correction, prior to initialization and processing of payroll computation of TCN’s monthly salary.
Participate in the cash count of fixed advance salary of workers, as well as in the distribution of pay slips and cash salaries to the site worker as well.
Overseas Purchaser/ Administrative Sr. Officer:
Responsible for all the additives of raw material planning, review inventory level and ordering from abroad also adjust shipment schedule to secure and fulfill of line production needs, handling spare parts support for plant maintenance both inbound and outbound., coordinating all shipments arrangement both by air and sea from abroad through forwarder agents/shipper and shipping for Customs clearance, executing all purchase orders related to right source of supplier, corporate with vendors by attending and discussing with clients from abroad when their visit, supervising and dealing with marketing department for production plan, handling sales agreement contracts, handling all supplier performance evaluations, maintain and updating approved supplier list for procurement at all time.
Equipment Admin. Supervisor:
Handling sections manifest and organizing all the documentations, work independently and responsible for supervision, communicate and coordinate all operational matters with the concerned departments/sections within the unit/outside agencies whenever necessary/contribute effectively in the setting up of department and sections objectives also yearly budget and monthly forecasts.
Carry out all administrative functions pertaining to the department other than operational need and reports directly to the Equipment Operations Manager, maintaining and updating company policy and administrative procedure manuals, ability to accomplish all goals and communicate effectively with all types and levels of staff.
