work Done : Rotary and static equipment installation, Alignment, Commissioning and Maintenance.

1. Involved in various project work shutdown activities, commissioning trouble shooting of all types of equipments in refinery petro-chemicals, Oil field, Fertilizer Plant , Power Plant , Steel Plant.
2. Over hauling , Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Compressors, pumps, Exchanges, Valves etc..
3. Preventive maintenance checking (Vibration / Temperature, Monitor checking )
4. Check and repair valves and auxiliary equipments
5. General shutdown activities in various plant
6. Speciaizing exchangers, coolers over hauling and re tubing.
7. Alignment and leveling all rotary and static equipment.
8. Hydro tightening required tightening parts with allocation.
9. Fabrication, welding Dismantling Pipeline and modification, Hydro testing, Vessel, Column, tray fitting and hot bolting will be done.

Work Activities : GE-ALSTOM F 9&6 O/H,CA,HOTGASPATCH INSPECTION(SEWA)
GAS TURBINE (GE) FRAM IX RAS GAS – DHOHA, QATAR..
Major Over Hauling

1. Remove /install combustion cans transition pieces, flow sleeves, cross fire tubes, combustion liners fuel nozzles, piping and rachiet
2. Compressor: Remove / install of bearing half, lift shaft 0.005 and support, tower half- bearing, inspection bearing.
3. Alignment: gas turbine to compressor, lacer alignment checks it, install C/G guards, filter, and 3- way control valve replacement.

G.E. MITSUEI ( JAPAN ) C.P.P. (HPCL, REFINERY, MUMBAI)

1. All redial and axial clearance are checked, casings, shells, ,frames/ diffusers are inspected for cracks and erosion, compressor inlet and compressor flow- patch are inspected for fouling erosion, corrosion and leakage.
2. 1GVS, Rotor and stator compressor blade are checked, turbine stationery shrouds are checked for clearance, and wear.
3. Inlet system is checked for corrosion, cracked silencers and loose parts
4. Check alignment gas turbine to generator, gas turbine to accessory gear

G. E. ALSTOM (FRANCE) Sharjah Electricity & Water Project (Waist Power Station)

1. Installation, alignment auxiliary to turbine, generator. Install associated parts, G.T. shaft to generator. Hydro tightening with allegation will be done
2. Installation/alignment, pump and motor, air fin coolers, blowers.
