Career Objective
Presently working with HSBC as IT Helpdesk Officer, Since Oct 2005 and handling all AS/400 Operation and Administration queries for all PAN India users.
Professional Experience
The HSBC group in India comprises of 47 branches in various cities, a Central Computer Center, Treasury Dept., Merchant Banking Division, Insurance and Custodial Services Department. Incident Manager from Incident Management team is handling all production incidents, AS/400 Operation and Administration queries of all over India users.
