Professional Experience
Liaise with PRO- Immigration & Labour to secure visas and work permits for all TGC employees and partner companies.
Renewal of visa, labour contract, medical card, etc
Ensure the smooth running of the HR department on a daily basis.
Assist in the recruitment process - ie. liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
Conduct orientation for new staff
Development and upkeep of the human resource database & filing system.
Monitor headcount by department and maintain a record of vacation and sick time used by each employee.
Preparing leave settlement, final settlement, administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff.
Manage passport releases.
Book tickets for new entrants, visa change, vacation leavers and cancellation.
Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Manage and participate in the development, formulation and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures.
Preparing salary certificates, bank letters, NOC letters etc
Managing CEO/CFOs travel arrangements, hotel bookings, etc
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
