Attain and apply Project Management and Planning skills

Offering over nineteen (19) years of progressive national and international practical experience in Marine and Oil and Gas Industries planning and scheduling both for the project owner and for the EPIC contractor in multicultural and diversified workforce environment starting from FEED through onshore construction, offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning and maintenance works for minor and major projects spanning MIDDLE EAST and FAR EAST.

Ever worked directly with OIL MAJORS such as: SHELL, EXXON MOBIL,EPMI (ESSO) and PETRONAS and indirectly with Major ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS such as : ENPRIMA(FINLAND), WORLEY GROUP and TECHNIP and the experiences acquired summarized as follow but not limited to:-

· Familiar in operating Engineering software e.g. PRIMAVERA, SURETRAK,ARTEMIS 7000, MS ACCESS, MS PROJECT, PS7/8 and support software for spread sheet and word processing like Excel and Words for follow-on table reports.

· Critical Path Analysis planning techniques and preparation of appropriate planning documents.

· Method of effective presentation of planning and forecast data and information.

· Delay analysis and forecasting techniques.

In addition , I have sound appreciation of the followings:-

̃ Projects Management, Project Cost control, Project General Contract Matters, Project Material Control and logistics, Project Coordination and Administration.

̃ Proven ability to work well under pressure and effectively communicate within all levels of an organization.

̃ Safety aspects of design and construction in relation to project cycle.

̃ Quality Assurance and Control requirements of design and construction cycle.

̃ Good Knowledge of Risk Analysis using Pertmaster Risk Expert

̃ EP SAP Programme.
