Supply and Demand Planner with 5+ Experence incluing sales

•Managing businesses of Procter&Gamble with regards to the creation and implementation of a monthly rolling forecast,For timely and continuous availability of products in order to achieve business plan objectives.

•Planning and implementation of stocks levels in order to avoid Out of stock. Ensure HPC inventory level does not exceed 40 days of inventory (Food to be included in 2008). Ensure TM availability levels = 98% on P&G for 2007 (Total Co. to be included in 2008) ,By Review daily OOS report (7 days report) generated by the system and ensure swift action is taken on daily basis to address any OOS situation. Controlling Availability Level.
•Working on SAP system People soft (JD Edwards) , Oracle (ERP) & GDF P&G Ordering system.•Reporting monthly basis to higher management & Suppliers, all P&G remnant promoted or discontinued and plan jointly with CBD team to reduce same. I.e. Inventory (Excess stocks etc). Controlling Inventory Level and reducing remnants,Handling payables processing payments for the Suppliers Such as P&G, D&EM, DG, Gojo, and Burnus & Pyramids Cosmetics. Preparing payment statement settling credit notes, Debit notes & GRV etc.•Shipping documents clearing and running the clearing process for food & non food in respected Portal i.e. Dubai trade & Dubai municipality and Co-coordinating with the clearing agent.•Handling presently P&G Brands such as Fabric and home care and non P&G Mum,Purell(Gojo),Kamil cream(Burnus & Pyramids cosmetics),Pringles D&EM total 180 Sku’s. Handled Entire Hair care cosmetics lineup (Pantene, H&S, HE, Wella & etc), (Around 280+ Sku’s).Controlling Forecast Accuracy Level•Purchasing the stocks from Procter & Gamble and attend demand review meetings & Strategic business planning meeting with Suppliers review sales forecasts, run rate, Building blocks, launch, promotions, trade deals, cannibalization etc.
