2003- 2009 RCCL - engineer mechanic.

Eductation

Diploma of Tallinn Technical University - engineer mechanic in 1979.
Broad experience in naval architecture,civil and mechanical engineering.
Diploma of Kaliningrad Maritime Academy - engineer in 2001.
