Involved in managing the QA/QC Department, QA/QC Supervision, QA/QC Inspection, Third Party Inspection, Construction supervision, Procurement, Material inspection & control, vendor qualification, supplier quality audits, vendor qualification, commissioning and maintenance & production on Oilfields, Industrial plants, power plants and buildings construction jobs.
Mainly involved in quality control in fabrication, installation and testing of process and utility piping work, pipeline work, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, telecom, HVAC, pressure vessel in the field of oil and gas development, gas processing and liquefaction, refining, petrochemical construction work and plant inspection in onshore.


Main duties involved stage-wise inspection of civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, telecommunication, cathodic protection, HVAC, piping, structural, storage tank and pressure vessels. Have experience & knowledge with codes like SAES, SAMSS, ASTM, ASME V, ASME IX, ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.1, API-1104, API650, ASME VIII, AWS-D 1.1, ASME B31.4, ASME B 31.8, API 650, API 598, etc ;


Attending construction progress meetings, quality meetings, monitoring fabrication and erection activities contractors as per the approved inspection and test plan (ITP), Saudi Aramco specification, applicable international codes, AFC drawings, methods statements, various quality control procedures, etc. monitoring the repair rate, non-conformance, areas of concerns, advising corrective actions and ensuring project documentation and records. Review of piping test packs, preparation of punch list, carry out pre-commissioning checks, witnessing flushing and pressure testing, and review of project dossiers and as built drawings.


Review and monitor of contractors QA/QC procedures, method statements and TPI reports. Monitor the various NDT activities/techniques been carried out at site, advice contractor during critical activities, or during conflict of codes, specifications and give technical inputs. Surveillance and hold point stage wise inspection to avoid critical failure, identifying the non compliance and proposing corrective and preventive action at the right stage.

ASNT LEVEL-2 MT,UT,RT&PT
