As Drilling Accountant, to control all financial matter related with drilling project

Year 2008 until now, I am working for ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia – Mobil Cepu Ltd. as Drilling & Project Accountant in Jakarta Office.

Job Description:

• Control all financial activity related with the Deep Water Drilling project.
• Monitor project budget, all expenses and capitalization related with the project.
• Advise the Drilling Management for any financial and accounting matters, and bring recommendation related with budget and financial control.
• Verify charges and invoices, to make sure all charges compliance with the contract, have a correct account classification, and appropriated with Company guideline.
• Monitor cost allocation from other affiliate and other department which support the project.
• AFE & Cost Center stewardship, Prepare internal and BPMIGAS AFE based on approved budget, monitor all charges, investigate unusual transaction, do accounting treatment such as accrual for the project and accounting adjustment.
• Prepare monthly financial report and present the data to Drilling Management.
• Contracts and Call-Off Monitoring, Work together with procurement coordinator to make sure all the Call Off issue are compliance with the contract and monitor the expenditure progress. Maintain control system to make sure all expenditure not exceeded the contract value.
• Material Control, work together with Material and Supply Accounting and Logistics Supervisor in Shore Base to control material flow from warehouse to rig vice versa. Create system control to make sure all material are recorded and reconciled.
• Support Drilling Department for other matters beside Drilling Accounting such as; Review all Call-Off created by Procurement Coordinator before it signed by Drilling Superintendent and delivered to vendor, work together with engineers to prepare Drilling cost Book. Work together with procurement to expedite contract requisition. Help Procurement Coordinator to clarify content of contract and bring all contract issue to Procurement Department.


Year 2005 until 2008, I was work for PT Saptaindra Sejati as Finance & Administration Section Head in ADARO coal mining site.

During year 2003 until 2005, I was work for Australian New Zealand Bank as Risk Management Team Leader for two year.

Year 2002 I was work for VICO Indonesia as Cost control analyst at HR – Compensation & Benefit Section for 8 months

1997 - 2002 : Graduate from STIE Perbanas Jakarta with GPA: 3.49 at scale of 4.
2. 2002 - 2003 : Graduate from Artha Bhakti Tax Education Institution under Dirjen Perpajakan RI certified for the Brevet A&B taxation.
3. 2002 - 2005 : Graduate from Magister Management Trisakti University Jakarta majoring Management Accounting with GPA: 3.71 at scale of 4.
