Professional Experience
I have more than 12 years experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems including Quality Assurance and Quality Control of EPC Projects in Oil and Gas Field Development, Power Plants, Cross Country Pipelines, Submarine Pipelines and Offshore Structures.
I am conversant with requirements of International Standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OSHAS 18001:2007 and familiar with industry standards and specifications such as API 1104, AWSD1.1, ASME IX, DNV OS- F101 , Saudi Aramco specifications, ADMA OPCO Specs, Shell DEPs, TOTAL specifications etc.
I am responsible for Audit Management for Quality System which includes coordination with external auditors and certification body for external audits, preparation of internal audit plans, assigning internal auditors, leading the audit team for successful audit, review of audit reports, follow up on corrective actions ,close out of NCs and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
I have conducted several in house training sessions for company staff on ISO 9001Awareness, Company QHSE Systems, and Document Control etc and also prepared relevant training material, guidelines and handouts for these training.
I have prepared several QMS documents including QMS manual and procedures for internal audit, document and data control, training etc.
