Supervised the construction Personnel On Board in regards to safety procedures and regulations;

Revised/updated/issued the HSE procedures;
Organized Management of Change trainings;
Responsible for overall safety related duties;
Provided Safety Induction training to all contractor/subcontractor personnel;
Trained of International staff in safe work practice;
Responsible for Logistics and Hazardous Material storage;
Involved into the Gas Detection, Safety Equipment and fire fighting;
Planned, organized and conducted weekly safety meetings;
Accident and incident investigation, reporting and follow up;
Performed routine rig/operational inspections and ASA/SO audits;
Conducted work site visits to ensure compliance of Permit to Work requirements;
Supervised and controlled the H2S equipment including the air loop system, Breathing air packs and manifolds, H2S detection equipment, sensors and panels including hand held personal monitors;
Was responsible for the checks of a Safety equipment, Fire fighting, life boat and life rafts;
Developed H2S safety training to both temporary and permanent staff on platform;

2003 - finished the ODESSA NATIONAL MARITIME ACADEMY (University) with the diploma of the navigation watch officer.
2001 - finished the ODESSA MARITIME COLLEGE OF TECHNICAL FLEET and got the bachelor's degree as a marine watch officer.
