RESPONSIBILITES: Maintain accurate and concise logs of all process changes and corrective actions.
• Operate, monitor and control plant facilities in the area of responsibility according to supervisory instruction and standard operating procedures.
• Operate equipment and facilities to instructions from Supervisor.
• To take immediate action in case of any abnormal functions by adjusting process parameters according to standard operating procedures.
• Prepare daily production report with shift supervisor, Preparation of shut down and startup procedure. Prepare PI&D Mark up.
• Take appropriate actions in case of process upsets/shut down.
• Reporting abnormality in machinery/equipments/plant.
• Preparation of vessels for inspection
• Permit work system as per field standards.
• Take decision to stop process in event of escalating problem, malfunction, and severe hazard situations.
• Abnormality reporting, Oil and gas sampling.
• Knowledge of instruments. coordinate with maintenance team to take appropriate measure to carry out jobs in a safe manner.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly routine activities regarding the well and associated equipment
• Ensure that safety shutdown system is good working order.
• Perform well test on assigned well and trouble shoot any problems related to test.
• Adjust chemical / gas injection rate.
• Supervise maintenance operations checking work permits, ensuring
