Main Responsibility :-

Full Service of Second line Technical Support for hardware, software and dispatch. Working with and providing support primarily Staff. Service Desk. Providing technical support over the telephone/Mail/IM. Diagnose problems, provide resolution or even act as a field Technician. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction through effective handling of incident.

1. Configuring and mange Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, ISA, Data Base and DHCP servers.
2. -Managing users and groups ,Design and Administration Windows Server2003
3. Performing Systems setups , Daily Backups Connectivity , Software Troubleshooting
4. -Troubleshooting and maintenance of the networks
5. Implementation & Management of Group & System Policies
6. -Configuring and managing leased line.
7. Providing support and Solutions in all IT related problems.
8. Network virus inoculation and file/ print / terminal server and workstation
9. -Designing, Configuring, Implementing and Troubleshooting networks in Cisco and Windows environments
10. Reviewed and improved users procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
11. Maintain on line log books for incidents management control, and reporting as per ITIL standards.
