_12/2004 – Present. Company: PDVSA, Venezuela. Terminal de Almacenamiento y Embarque JOSE, Loading Master. Responsible for the loading of ships at the offshore terminal platform, TAEJ, Jose, Venezuela. Involved in the implementation of ISO 9000 and the revision of vessel delays. In charge of operational procedures, and the revision of the same. Instigator of maintenance work orders. Also, involved in the acceptance of tankers at the platform, according to SCAT procedures (PDVSA acceptance programmed).
_02/2003 – 12/2004. Company: PDVSA, Venezuela. Supervisor of Crude Oil Exports. Responsible for monitoring the monthly balance of crude oil movements at the TAEJ Terminal, Jose. Involved in the monitoring of crude oil reduction, established by OPEC. In charge of Crude Oil Loss Control in Custody Transfers for PDVSA at the TAEJ terminal. This function is to reduce ship – shore differences in loading operations.
_04/2002 – 02/2003 Company: Tecnconsult, Venezuela. Operations Supervisor (Loading Master). Responsible for the loading of ships at the Solids Terminal of Petrozuata. Operations encompassed the transfer of solids (Sulphur, Petroleum Coke) via conveyor belt system. Worked in electrical maintenance (PLC, electric motors,) and mechanical maintenance of ‘piling’ and reclaiming equipment.
