Responsibilities
• Hydro testing of piping in the pipe racks .
• Test pack preparation, liaison with client for disparities in P & ID, line list data.
• Liaison with construction and quality for finalizing the schedules of the tests
• Liaison with the state department/safety department for conducting the tests
• Closure of the test packs with finalizing reinstatement, ITRS, traceability of the materials.
Achievement:
100% hydro testing of the Pipe racks for 2009 sail away target. Client appreciated.

Mumbai High, ONGC Ltd, India:

Consultant : Engineers India Ltd, New Delhi.
Position : Chief Engineer
Responsibilities
• Feasibility study and firming up scope of work.
• Formulation of BEC and tender preparation(LSTK basis) in liaison with consultant on two bid system.
• Technical evaluation of bids and short listing the bidder.
• Kick off meeting and formulation of schedules of the projects.
• Pre Engineering and finalizing procurement scope/OEM scope etc.
• Procurement activities monitoring on DCI,MCI and PS approvals thereof.
• Mobilization of manpower for offshore activities keeping in view the limited space/accommodation on process complex.
• Execution of the work at offshore, liaison with marine/air logistics from the base.
• Change order management with necessary approval from the stake holders.
• Final closure of the project with Punchlists/completion.
• Commercial Settlement of Liquidated damages for the delays on the part of contractor/client
• Stage wise payment to the contractor in line with the payment terms of the contract.
• Entire lifecycle being mapped in Primavera and SAP depending on complexities.

PG DM in IRPM from Bhavans college, Bharuch in 1994 affiliated to Bhavans, Mumbai
