Mechanical Engineer - Chief of Cutting Department

In my division I receive all the materials and I fulfil the launched orders. I establish a good working climate with the production department. I coordinate a team of 40 workers and I supervise their activity, assigning daily tasks.

My professional experience in this company extends over a period of five and a half years, and I had the chance to familiarise myself with every stage of the production process, during the first year of my career. I am capable of becoming an integrated part of any department or sector, since I possess solid knowledge related to the entire production process. I coordinate a team formed of 40 workers and through good cooperation and communication I managed to eliminate the faults and delays which arose regularly in the past. This represents a very important aspect for the company taking into account the fact that due to significant delays it has to pay immense penalties, since the vessels are of very high values. As a result, the company has not paid any more penalties for more than three years. I have developed a good relationship with the production, supply and design department.
