Maintenance, Servicing and Calibration of all Equipment on Casting Furnaces, complete range of Modicon, Telemechanique and Siemens Plc’s, all road Weighbridges and Rail Weighbridges. The Analytical, Metallurgical and Carbon Lab were my responsibility for all maintenance, (sample Furnaces, Co2 Re-Activity Furnace, Air reactivity furnace, Mettler softening point. Compressive strength apparatus, thermal dilation apparatus, Thermal conductivity apparatus, permeability apparatus and all R&D equipment) All bake furnace equipment BPS system (Draught bridges; under pressure bridges; Fire processors). Fault finding and maintenance of Modicon (concept,Modsoft) and Scada (Intouch 7) systems. Fault finding and maintenance on 5 Ton Induction furnace (Inductotherm). Servicing and Installation of new equipment
