•Responsible to lead maintenance crew and support engineering team.
•Performed preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance rotating & static equipments i.e. centrifugal/reciprocating pumps, diesel engine, air compressor, Fan cooler, absorption chillers,high speed Gear box, valves, e-exchanger, vessel, tank and facility.
•Performed vibration monitoring and up loading data into computer soft ware.
•Responsible in equipments spares provision and strategy.
•Fully involve in Plant Turn around (TAR)/Manufacturing Project.
•Performed equipments service report and record historical data.


Skills

•Vibration monitoring expertise (Currently use CSI 2120 & Rbm Soft Ware for data Analysis).
•Machines alignment expertise (Conventional & Laser alignment method).
•Absorption chillers maintenance and trouble shooting.
•Overhaul and repair works on rotating and static’s equipments.
•Mechanical Seal refurbishment (Specialty in John Crane seals).
•Read engineering manual, mechanical and isometric drawings.
•Permit to Work System (Hot work, Cold work, Job safety analysis).
•Ready documents purposed for TAR i.e. Equipments work list, Job Pack, Job safety analysis and fully involved in relevant plant Turnaround.
•Equipment Spares provision currently work with SAP program.
•Basic knowledge in Lifting & Rigging.
•Basic knowledge in NDT.

•Technical Certification Vibration Specialist 1 ISO/TC108/SC5/WG7N150 based on the Vibration Institute of USA Certification Program.
