Oil and Gas Projects ( on/off shore)
Petrochemical Projects
Combined Cycle Power Generation Plant Projects

•Lead the project engineering team to manage the engineering delivery and technical integrity of the project scopes in accordance with the Statement of Requirements and/or Basis of Design.
•Provide leadership and project management expertise to the engineering team to deliver high standards of HSSE, integrity, ISD (Inherently Safer Design) and quality engineering.
•reparation and administration of design budgets, estimates, forecasts and schedules
•Ensure that Client Engineering Technical Practices (ETP) requirements are incorporated into the facilities design, through managing the preparation, review and approval of engineering deliverables. Ensure that process safety reviews, HAZOP’s, peer reviews.
Cross-discipline coordination and problem resolution
•Fully support project delivery and take the lead in identifying and developing the full list engineering deliverables.
•Define and control the EPCM Contractor’s scope of work, monitoring and supervising the design office activities so as to be able to verify earned value assessment on engineering progress.
•Lead the Maintenance team to manage the corrective and preventive maintenance
•Lead the field team to manage the I&C construction, and commissioning supervision
