Seeking a Engineer position to utilize my skills and contribute to the advancement of your firm with a great potential.

• Monitor and update target dates for the project and parameters of the work programme.
• Monitor and update existing material and equipment schedules and obtain updated delivery information from the relevant departments.
• Monitor and update the site plan.
• Ensure that all staff and subcontractors are made aware of the updated site plan and appreciate the part they will need to play in its implementation.
• Review the progress data, update the site plan and inform concerned person when progress is falling behind and maintain a constant check on material and equipment delivery.
• Record works additional to the original requirements and all variations and revisions which must be incorporated in the site plan and informing the appropriate staff and sub contractors of any changes to their workload and any alteration to the target previously set.
• Review and analyze subcontractors' progress information while ensuring that their systems and procedures are effective
• Collate work progress for each contract and each area and include them in weekly and monthly site reports
• Review agreements with subcontractors programme to ensure compatibility with project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and prepare weekly 'lookaheads' to maintain objectives and agreed milestones
