• I was part of the team - both local and expatriates - who commissioned the plant.
• I work as a Line Technician, tackling minor faults to avoid down time.
• Monitoring, controlling and adjusting the performance of equipment in the department – Bean - to process the cocoa beans, ensuring separation and granules quality.
• I prepare work permit for contractors on behalf of the company to work in the department to ensure personnel, food and equipment safety
• I help technicians to diagnose equipment fault and help solve them
• I always work with customer specification in mind to ensure food safety
• I also help operators in other departments and carry out other assignments when my department is not working
• I enjoy teaching others who work under me in the department to ensure good team work.

Maintenance Technician (Electrical and Electronics)
• I used Electrical Drawings to troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment in the Drum Plant, Production (filling plant) as well as the Quality Control section of the Plant.
• I installed new machines at the Drum Plant
• Monitored measuring and control equipment.
• I fabricated a foot switch to replace a broken one on the 160ton Press Machine at the Drum Plant.
• I worked on special project assignments and performed PM tasks.
• I taught Production Operators on basic Electrical Operational settings of the machines they operate.
