Plant engineer

• Supervise and communicate safety rules and operation standard to all employees.
• Supervise the sewage treatment plant operation, Electro dialysis Plant and AC Plants.
• Conduct and document safety meetings weekly for operation.
• Update monthly Safety & Housekeeping Inspection in STP, AC Plant and Electro Dialysis Plant.
• Monitoring and prepare reports of the movement of employee from one division to another.
• Supervise maintenance, and operator for doing preventive maintenance and repair of centrifugal, submersible pumps, root type blowers ,cooling towers, condenser, chillers, instrumentation and controls, water wells, and service order crew for upgrading of the underground pipes ,valve boxes and fire hydrants.
• Perform safety inspection before start any work at the job site..
• Prepare daily reports about the status of Ongoing/Pending jobs
• Prepare Monthly reports in Chemical consumptions in STP,EDP and AC Plant, Raw and Drinking water production and consumption.
• Preparing gate pass using Industrial Operating System (ISO)
• Order materials/items using SAP/B2B
• Create notification for the certain upgrading/repair of Valve box and fire hydrant using SAP /iw26 system.
• Performs preventive maintenance including Stack down of Aquamite Units stacks when required to replace damage membranes, remove minerals from the stacks, maintain electrode line and repair trouble from the aquamite unit.
• Estimate underground pipes, Valve box and fire hydrants for to be replaced and upgrade using Schedule C of Aramco..
• Inspect and supervise the operation of chemical adjustment and dosing system for Raw & drinking water and chilled water such as Chlorine, Nalco, betz, Acid, Fluoride, Calcium Hypochlorite and Chlorine gas for Sewage system.
• Inspect and monitor control panel boards and adjust controls to regulate flow rates of distribution of water.
• Read and update schematic drawing of raw water, drinking water and Chilled water distribution map system for Isolation of the leaking pipe and locate the area affected.
Supervice the construction of underground piping and upgrading of valve boxes.
