Operation, Trouble Shooting, Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of

Monitor and operate computerized switchboards, and auxiliary equipment in DCS mode in TCR.
Monitor and visually inspect unit instruments, meters and alarms to ensure production and loadings are within prescribed limits and to detect equipment failure.
Issue work and test permits to electrical and mechanical maintenance personnel, and assist maintenance and technical personnel to locate and isolate system problems and assist during routine system testing.
Ability to maintain station records, logs, trouble shooting & standard operating procedures
Parallel Operation of Boiler in manual and auto mode, assist Shift Personals in all Operation Phases that include unit Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Startup, Normal Operation and Shutdowns, Performing Weekly Tests and changeover of Auxiliaries during the Test.
