Presently working as an Engineer QA/QC since 2003

 Prepare the Inspection Testing Plan (I.T.P) according to International standards (ASTM, BS, JIS, API 5L, API 5CT, DIN) and customer’s requirements and send it to customer for approval before the start of production.
 Prepare the production schedule to carryout the inspection by customer or third party.
 inspection of raw material (Billet) according to International standards (ASTM, BS, JIS, API 5L, API 5CT, DIN) and customer’s requirements.
 On shop floor inspection of first piece as per tolerances in the standard to start the further production and validation of designed parameters planned by Production Planning & Control(PP&C)
 100% witness of Temperature at final stage at which the products are being heat treated, specified in the standard to achieve the mechanical properties.
 Sampling as per lot specified in the standards to conduct the tests (Product analysis, Mechanical, Performance, Impact Test, and Hardness) by using the Spectro Analyzer, Universal Testing Machine and Brinel Hardness Testing machine.
 Calibrations of the measuring instruments periodically and maintain their records.
 Co-Ordinate third party Inspector during third party inspection.
 100% witness of test pressure and holding time specified in the standard or as per customer requirement during the Hydrostatic Test.
 Verify the visual and dimensional inspection within the tolerances specified in the standard at initial, intermediate and final stages.
 Prepare the product history sheet and traceability records of each product.
 Monitoring of ISO documents in every department and ensure the implementation of ISO requirements.
 Raise a Non conformance (NC) on any violation of standard.
 Issue the Mill Test Certificates (MTC) with the dispatch of orders to the customers.
 Can interpret different testing results like (DT & NDT)
 Successfully resolved multiple production failures.
