„X Responsible for all contractual and commercial aspects of all projects portfolio
„X Applying company policies in Setting the Main Frame for Contracting strategies, Pricing mechanisms and Risks Management.
„X Responsible for all pre and post-contract activities including preparation of monthly financial progress statements, variations order analysis, additional works evaluation.

„X Construction of cement production line (EPC Contract).
„X Development Projects-Power Generation (EPC Contract). Waste Heat Recovery Project

Job Description

„« Responsible for Bidding duties including ITT, preparation of the Contract General and special Conditions, Specification, Engineering Documents through the coordination with the Technical Experts.
„« Prepare Contracts drafts of Commercial agreements and support Sales agreements
„« Prepare Contracts drafts for All New Projects, address of the proper payment mechanism and important clauses which will form the Contract substance. (Indemnification, insurance...)
„« Handling of Daily correspondences, Meetings and Communications. Control purchasing Process of all supplies and equipment. Through Updated Monthly reporting sheets
„« Overseeing subcontracts Letters of guarantee, Letter of credits and insurance Policies for Contractors, supplies.
„« Responsible for Identification of other claim items as they arose and notification to Projects Management Dept.
