-Carry out to supervise and follow for the following activities: 1-During Procurement Period: -
a- Reviewing the tender documents.
b- Evaluating the tender offers to determine if the tendered meets or exceed the requirements set in the specification & selecting the responsive bidders .
- My concern to follow and supervise: 2-During Construction Period: -
a- The erection sequences as per contract & consultant specification with supplier & erectors specification .
b- Following the construction progress and confirm conformation with the project baseline schedule .
3- Start up & Commissioning , Reliability and Performance Test
a- Supervise all activities for start up and commissioning :
-The equipments (Motors, Pumps, Loop Check, Simulation and Alignments for pumps and motors)
- Hydraulic Test for piping systems
- System synchronize for Operation and check the systems
b- Supervise for Reliability and Performance Test :
- Recording for all data of Reliability and Performance test concerning project
- Equipments Performance and Power Consumption to apply deficiency for the contract specification
4- Turn Over Package from Contractor to Owner
- My Concern carry out the following:
- Prepare Documents for Contract Technical Specification and General Conditions to review with all systems.
- Prepare all Data Sheet for Rotating Equipments (Pumps, Motors, Turbine, Generator, Compressors, Fan)and for Stationary Equipments (Valves, Tanks, and Condenser)
- Prepare Comparison Report between Actual Equipments supplied and Contract Specification for the equipments
- Review all financial documents to apply the contract price with any obligation comparing with Technical Specification. Verify any deficiency to pay back the cost.
- Prepare Reports for any system which meet the Contract Requirements but need some Modifications to improve the system performance
- Prepare All Spare Parts Reports which Recommended for all the Equipments to cover the Maintenance Requirements through Five years of operation
- Before Handed Over the systems from the Contractors to Owner, Review the Contract obligations and System Installation, submit the deficiency items Reports to Repair by Supplier or Contractor
