- Leading, Supervising and Training teams of 4-6 members.
- Planning the operation phases and assigning responsibilities to the team members to accomplish the required job in the most cost/quality/time effective technique.

- Assembling equipments to be shipped to the workshop for inspection and maintenance procedures.
- Training staff includes:
- Equipments Operation.
- Maintaining faulty equipments.
- Preventive Maintenance Procedures.
- HSE policies.
- Conducting daily Tool Box Talk.
- Reporting the performance improvement to the Operations Manager on weekly basis.
- Coordinating the relation between the Client Company representatives and our Company.
- Preparing and authorizing the Delivery Ticket.
- Supervisor dual and single completion (Oil & Gas).
- Assembling the pipes in the workshop in a
Preparation process to be moved to the field.
- Maintenance of all types of equipments and tools for completion.
