March , 2005 up to now in Arabi Company Qatar - as a Project Sales In Charge (Senior Mechanical Engineer) – Doha / Qatar branch of Arabi Holding Group Company – one of the leading groups in Kuwait which was established in 1963 “www.arabigroup.com“, as follows:
Monitoring the present booming development in Qatar.
Promoting technical support and marketing our products “Water Equipment Systems (Pumps, Fire Fighting Pumps, Filtration Systems, GRP Tanks, Pipes, Plumbing and Heating Water Systems) from tendering until service after sale.
Handling customer affairs, attending to their calls / communications and entertaining inquires by return faxes & or emails, preparing sales orders, attending customer complaints …etc. to meet customer requirements.
Guiding all sales engineers in forecasting, budgeting, negotiating and closing the deals.
Develops relations with the customers and obtain market information.
Assists Branch Manager in annual sales forecasts and budgets.
Responsible follow all the orders of his customer, from the inquiry to dispatch / payment to ensure customer requirement is served as agreed with him.
Visiting customers’ offices and locations to obtain information about the market trends & opportunities and any other matters to strengthen the business relationship.
Creating written reports on customer visits, market surveys.
Analyzing the competition factor and any changes in the customer’s behavior in different market segments and designing the best.
Following up internally with all required projects paper works and documentations on order to maintain our promise completion date.
Responsible to achieve the sales targets set by the branch manager.
Identifying the customers who are not happy with our Co. & suggest the recommendations to branch manager. And implement the agreed recommendations as per action plan.
