1. pt freeport indonesia (tembagapura, indonesia)
position: multimedia designer (2007 - present)
responsibilities:
a.graphic designer, audiovideo & photoghraphy
• performs multimedia sevices on graphics design, photography and audiovideo job as per agreed with customers especially on time completion and work quality, also advise customers on achieving better quality.
• produce a number of videos for modules in support of all business units.
• assist multimedia crew leader in managing and updating multimedia equipments and working tools, fixes day-to-day minor working environment problems.

b. training materials development and management
• demonstrate through knowledge of training materials and assessment instruments available in assigned job codes
• develop/revise training materials and assessment instruments as per qms/nmi category standard in a timely manner
• ensure material is uploaded to appropriate folders in sharepoint/online systems in a timely manner
• ensure material is stored in the appropriate qms server folder

c. quality systems
• develop knowledge and understanding of quality assurance systems (as per the australian quality training framework) in order to support their implementation and successful complete certificate iv in training and assessment
• support the design and implementation of initiatives individually or as a team to establish quality assurance mechanisms for training

d. curriculum committee support
• assist curriculum chairs in identifying gaps in training materials and assessment instruments
• advise chairs on development needs as per 20008 training material category
• be able to advise chairs on the availability of resources in the resources centre including reference library and clearinghouse
• assist Curriculum Chairs and members queries in a timely manner

achievement:
• produced a number of videos for learning bahasa indonesia modules in support of language group within 2009.
• produced a video for mba program (1st batch) from the registration until the inauguration.
• designed poster and produced video for Safety Year campaign in 2009.
