Responsibilities performed:
Administration:
•Provides technical support and assistance to the Project Manager in managing the project records and transactions of the project.Answer questions and recommends and/or implements and ensure compliance for personnel actions.
•Conducts meetings, seminars and other events regarding company policies as required by HR and / or Project Manager.Ensure that crews’ offshore requirements are met and complied with, like HUET, medical, visa and passport.
•Keep all the employee records, filing of leave slips and a weekly balance of leave for all employees.Crew management and counseling.Maintains and updates 201 Personal File.Closely coordinates logistical support with client.
•Proper documentation of work related injury and ensure guidelines on medical leave was properly followed.Provide information and data support to Project manager as required.Prepares Man-hours report on monthly basis. Ensure that deductions for absences and overtime are properly reported to the payroll officer.
Recruitment:
•Under the directive from Recruitment Manager in Singapore, accepts and filter incoming candidate resumes (retain only quality candidate resumes, select database categories for each resume and migrate each candidate record into the recruitment database) for future job opening in other PAE projects.Monitor or check candidates’ references to avoid bogus applicants. Ensure at all time that their was no discrimination in accepting candidates’ resumes.Notify and inform short listed candidates and / or successful candidates to complete requirements like police clearance, undergo medical test and others.Books tickets/hotels for the onward mobilization of successful candidates with PAE’s accredited ticketing agency.Conducts pre-departure briefing to successful hired personnel.
