DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist HSE Manager for development, review and implementation of HSE management system to meet local and international standards.

• Conduct induction and safety awareness training to new employees.

• Ensure all safety, fire detection, prevention and fighting equipments / systems in the
Plants are maintained in a good working condition at all times.

• Accident, incident, and near miss investigation to find out the root causes and suggest to management the control measures to prevent recurrence.

• Conduct regular toolbox talks, and safety inspections in the plant.

• Carry out Hazard analysis, Hazard identification, and risk assessment of various activities.

• Inspection of personnel protective equipment and first aid supplies to be sure that it is sufficient.

• Carry out HSE surveillance audit and report the findings to the Management.

• Conduct emergency evacuation mock up drills & evaluate its effectiveness.
