I have achieved the following assignment on this internship: Headed the procurement team for Moleeta FPF (100M PDOC Project); managed clarification for engineering and procurement activities related to material requisition, formulated written documents and procedures for procurement to be adopted across the project, developed procurement team from material requisition till material deployed to site, set up vendor list suiting the project/ company/ owner interest, supervised buyers/ expediter till material arrival to site (Material Requisition/ ITB/ LOI & POs/ Progress/ Inspection/ Shipping/ VDR), generated weekly progress report ensuring parentage milestone is recorded, reported to project manager all procurement functions, assisted the account department on payment related issues, coordinated with commissioning manager for proper equipments/plant commissioning.

Involved on project costing resulted to award. Arranged for air and sea shipments for varies commodities of material.
