Construction Supervision / Project Monitoring / Quality assurance / Quality Control / Inspection
( in the field of fabrication, erection & pre-commissioning activities ) for above ground / under ground plant piping, cross country pipe line, package piping, yard piping. Review of piping general arrangement , layout, process and instruments diagram , isometric drawing. Review of documents for WPS, PQR, PWHT, Weld Map, NDE Procedure, Hydrostatic Test, ITP. Hands on experience for installation of pipe loop- support- vent , drain, valves, various instrumentations, insulation etc. Checking of fit-up , welding joint , NDT – SR - Hydro Test – Coating , application of appropriate corrosion protection for the piping / pipe line etc.
Conversant with various International Codes / Specs:
ASTM, ASME Sec I, V, VIII , IX , AWS D 1.1, API 5L / 620 / 650 , ANSI B31.3/4/8 , AWWA, DIN, EN, BS, IS, JIS, SAES, SES, SAMSS, FEED, NFPA.
