2006 – 2010 :
I have been working as Drilling Supervisor in gulf country onshore project with it’s premier national oil co. During the period I drilled number of wells viz. vertical well, deviated well, horizontal well with MWD, LWD, latest technology of controlling direction and azimuth instantly in geo-layers of reservoir while drilling. Was also responsible for lowering completion string was an added experience.
As a company policy I used to send daily operational report in details at morning and afternoon and communicate rig progress from time to time to base daily. I worked closely with contractor to accomplish company objectives and policy and perform other misc duties as directed. Drilled the wells in stipulated time and achieved the yearly target.

2004 – 2006 :

Worked as Rig Manager and drilled a number of vertical wells, horizontal wells, ERD wells in oil-base mud, multilateral drain hole ( fish bone ) including SRDH, MRDH wells, reentry wells with whipstock application. Drilled all the wells successfully in planned time.
1995 – 2003 :

Worked as Drilling Engineer in onshore and was responsible for technical services supporting company’s exploration, production, field development project. During the period I prepared GTO, well construction of development and exploratory wells, hydraulics progamme, cost estimate of each well. Thus brought out drilling programme with the graphical time frame of start and completion, rig release to rig release, hydraulics progamme, cost estimate of each well. One of my major contribution in this period was recommending company policy, strategy, specify drilling equipment and tool and their implementation in encountering unusual situation. Thus in this period I drilled number of development and exploratory wells. I ensured implementation working strategy between company and contractor and maximized productive time.
1988 – 1994 :

Worked Drilling Supervisor on onshore rig. During this period I drilled no. of HTHP wells.

1982 – 1988 :

After I joined country’s public sector oil producing company in offshore. After thorough on the job training for two years I worked as drilling engineer and then joined as drilling supervisor on rig with M/S. Zapata Offshore co. and Viking Offshore co.
