Mechanical with CADD - Fresher

Intend to build a career in a well challenged environment where I could utilize my potential and explore myself completely. I am willing to work hard and complete the jobs assigned to me within the given time frame & would work as a Team leader.

Title: WORKING PROTOTYPE OF A WHARF CRANE.
Summary: The aim of the project is to fabricate a prototype of the working model of a wharf crane. Wharf cranes are used at ports for transport of shipment and other cargo operations. It mainly consists of 3 types of motion:
„« Hoisting.
„« Screwing.
„« Luffing.
We have succeeded in making the prototype with the working of 3 individual A.C motors each related to each motion mentioned above. The structure consists of primarily a base and a rotating gear which mounts a platform on it. On the platform is constructed the shaft and the boom. Both are controlled by a tension rope.
So this model of a Wharf crane helps us to understand its actual working. We have developed this prototype with minimal investment and time.

Title: PROBLEM SOLVING APPROACH THROUGH AUTOMIZATION IN PROCESS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
Skills used: Basic problem solving approaches and to employ the A3 method of defining and analysing problems in industries.
The main Project was done at WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA LTD., Factory - Puducherry , a leading firm in the production of household appliances mainly washing machines, air conditioners and other consumer domestic devices.
Title: NITRO SHOCK ABSORBERS
Synopsis: For a smooth and comfortable ride in vehicles the disturbing forces should be eliminated or reduced considerably by using some devices. Nitrogen filled gas shock absorbers are the results of years of extensive research and development with top flight shock design engineers. They are designed for both lowered and stock vehicles to provide shock absorbers that would outperform anything on the market today. Nitro shock absorbers are high quality; nitrogen filled shocks are designed and gases are charged specifically for each vehicle application. The addition of nitrogen under pressure limits the foaming effect and increases efficiency.
