7 years experience in managing projects for EPC companies in India and Saudi Arabia. Successfully completed projects for major clients in Oil & Gas Industry. Key Skills are as follows:
Managing multiple projects concurrently, multidisciplinary projects (civil and mechanical) and manage project teams with multi-cultural background.
Meeting contractual obligations and clients requirements and expectations.
Construction planning and scheduling using Primavera versions 3.0 & 5.0 and MS Projects.
Monitor overall productivity and efficiency of all supervised staff on projects; coordinate with heads of department and other lead engineers to resolve project related issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly overall summary project status reports for internal management and client showing 'S' curves, bar charts and manpower allocations histogram.
Assignment of all supervised staff to projects, ensuring optimization of staff deployment.
Coordinate requirements between departments, clients and third parties.
Prepare subcontracts; negotiate changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Lead project team in estimation of resources and preparation of BOM required for the projects.
Prepare monthly billing for the progress achieved.
Provide design clarifications to client/vendor/subcontractor and make amendments if required as per the site conditions.
Continuous monitoring of all activities for completion of job within stipulated time, cost budget and acceptable quality.

To ensure timely delivery and submission of project documents, schedules, procedures, MTCs, ITPs, WPS, PQR, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance documentation for client review.
Prepare and maintain planning / scheduling documents using project planning tools (Primavera and MS Projects) and submit project schedules, progress reports, bar charts, S curves.
To attend technical meetings with subcontractors, clients and vendors.
To oversee critical equipment installation and to coordinate and arrange appropriate documentation / specialist vendor assistance as required.
Prepare and submit invoices for the progress achieved and follow-up with clients for payments.
To review material proposals for compliances with the requirement of the contract.
Coordinate assessment of effort to bid and preparation of assigned proposals for new projects and variation orders on assigned projects. Review man-hour estimates for reasonableness.
Monitor the activities of supervisors, foremen, fabricators and trade workers and assign them respective tasks.
Prepare project progress reports, control and monitor the utilization of consumable materials and equipment; ensure it is within the budget allocation.
