Over 35 years QA/QC, Certification and Documentation experience working for major companies and Engineering Contractors in the Oil / Gas Fabrication Yards,Power Plants, Petrochemical Sites,SpoolBases, Power and Pharmaceutical industries. Phases of work include Vendor Inspection, Onshore and Offshore Construction, Pipelines / Subsea, Installation, Hook-ups, Operations and Maintenance and Nuclear PowerStation’s. Extensive use and development of computerised Certification systems and day to day use of various software packages( inc, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel) .
Excellent working knowledge of ISO9000, Verification and Certification Schemes, and many various International Codes, Regulations, Standards and Statutory requirements(Inc EEMUA 158). Positions cover Management and Co-ordination of multi-discipline Inspection personnel. Specification / Code Interpretation and application.Comprehensive experience of Review and Approval of Inspection and Test Plans,Quality Plans,Audits,Welding and Coating Procedures. Witnessing Hydrotesting of systems, Valve testing, Welder qualifications and Weld procedures and extensive working knowledge of Material and Warehouse Traceability,N.D.T (Rad/UT(inc AUT)/MPI/DP) and Destructive Testing in test houses. I have been Responsible for the verification of documentation and final release of work packs and FAT,s on numerous projects.I have written ITP,S Risk Assrssment, Procedures and numerous other Quality Documents

I have held Management Positions as well as Engineering, Coordination and Inspection positions.I have over 35 years Experience and I am willing to travel and relocate.
