30 years experience of management, supervising projects, installation, commissioning, maintenance and testing. Working knowledge of permit to work systems, risk assesments and method statements. Able to communicate well professionally, technically and personally, with experience in man management at engineering level as well as multi discipline supervision. Oct 2008 to Present Position: Telecoms Supervisor.

Project: Sharq 3rd Expansion project, Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Supervision of multi-cultural workforce for all installation & commissioning activities during construction of Ethylene Refinery for voice, data, security, fire, public address, multi party paging, CMADA and cathodic protection. Implementing and documenting design changes to overcome site specific obsticles. Checking of quality pack information for MC, RFC, RFSU etc. Ensuring workforce is up to date and compliant with HSE & PTW requirements, planning activities for a continual workfront, checking installed systems meet project requirements and closing out punchlist items. Liaising with E&I and Civils departments to co-ordinate work activities. Attending interface, integration and progress meetings with client. Assisting with interface testing between fire, gas and deluge systems. Participating in site acceptance testing, ensuring documentation is complete and correct for each system to be handed over to client. Checking and approving as-built drawings.
