• Joined the company as a General Engineering Trainee Electronics now working as an EXECUTIVE Engineer.
• Actively participated in commissioning of ELECTRO WINNING plant which involves installation of various instruments as a remote IO unit and establishing communication through optical network to existing DCS SIEMENS PCS7.
• From the P&ID diagram Preparing hook up diagrams and to prepare the IO list from it.
• According to the IO list calculating the number of IO modules and Racks required with a particular PLC/DCS.
• With the help of P&ID generating the list of instruments to be procured with specifications.
• Assisting with the manager in procurement and planning of instruments.
• Taking the training from the commissioning engineer for the further modification and trouble shooting of the software program.
As a Instrumentation Engineer Maintenance
• Working as an instrumentation & automation in charge for the 3 Process Plants starting from Crushing & Milling Of Ore to Leaching , Solvent Extraction & Electro -winning producing Copper metal and Cobalt Carbonate.
• To prepare the preventive maintenance plan and implement it on regular basis to avoid production downtime.
• Keeping the track record of the instruments damaged or changed so that frequent problems can be rectified fully
• Keeping a track on procurement of spares so that the production should not suffer.
• Preparing the daily maintenance report and attain daily production meet to discuss the problems and the modifications required in the process automation.
• Doing software modifications for the new required loops and instrument in the program
