Electrical and Cathodic Protection Design for the Barmer Salaya Pipeline. The project comprises 24 inch 592 km ‘first of its kind’ heated & insulated Crude Oil Pipeline carrying heavy waxy crude and 8 inch 517 km of Gas Pipeline feeding 32 gas generator cum heating stations enroute. The heating is through skin effect heat management system.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Electrical Load list, Single line diagram and Layouts.
• Preparing of Material Requisition for Electrical and Cathodic Protection
• Calculation for electrical systems like earthing, lighting, cable selection and preparing cable schedule.
• Design and Detailed Engineering for Cathodic protection includes SACP and ICCP system.

(Darod – Jafrabad Pipeline Project)

Electrical and Cathodic Protection Design for the Darod – Jafrabad Pipeline (BSPL) of GSPL PVT Ltd.

Responsibilities (Proxy Lead Engineer):

• Preparation of Electrical Engineering related detailed engineering documents.
• Calculation for electrical systems like earthing, lighting, cable selection and preparing cable schedule.
• Preparation of Specification and Datasheet for the Electrical & CP System.
• Design and Detailed Engineering for Cathodic protection includes Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection System and Imperssed Current Cathodic Protection system.
• Site support for installation of Cathodic Protection System.
