COMPANY PETROPERIJA

PETROPERIJA is a joint venture between the Venezuelan Petroleum Corporation (CVP) and Venezuela Holdings Limited British Petroleum (BP), designed to exploit oil in the area called West Zulia Development (DZO) located in the southern area of Lake Zulia with a production quota of 13,000 barrels a day, in 36 oil wells in operation and a total of 350 workers.
Position: Administration Manager Procurement
Reports to: General Manager and President.
Supervises: Contracts Supervisor, Local and International Purchasing Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor.
Responsibilities:

•Develop procurement strategies and purchasing for the annual business.
•Monitoring the development of each of the procurement process and its implications in the production process.
•Monitor the financial performance of each contract.
•Manage and ensure effective and timely purchase of the requirements of the various departments of the company, always seeking to maximize financial resources.
•Developing and Controlling Department Operating Budget.

LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR

Reports to: Manager of Legal Department
Supervises: 2 Lawyers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring the legal cases of each company department.
• Responsible for managing relationships with owners of property in which the company has contracts of easement, lease or other interest.
• Department Representative to the Contract Committee of the company.

CVP is a branch of PDVSA, in charge of business with the transnational oil companies.

• Review and manage each of the transnational oil companies request for easement contract for operations.
