To absorb highest level of knowledge in the field of maintenance, CMMS, effective implementation of maintenance strategies with the latest technologies and to be always a reliable Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

I am an innovative with both intelligence quotient and emotional quotient (soft skilled) mechanical engineer with more than 26 years of experience and good aptitude in oil gas, petrochemical and fertilizers plants. My acquaintance is with maintenance, Reliability, project construction& commissioning / Stock control/ Material Management/ Area planning& maintenance co-ordination / spares planning, reliability centered maintenance systems/ modifications of plant facilities/ failure analysis/ innovative maintenance practices/ RAM modeling, creation of job plans and monitoring PM programs, fixing the criticality of the new equipments and fixing the maintenance strategy.
I have rich experience globally with multi culture workforce, while in India Southern Petro Chemicals Industries Corporation Ltd (SPIC), while in Jordan Indo Jordan Chemicals (IJC), while in Saudi Arabia Saudi Petro chemicals company (SADAF) a Shell joint venture, while in Muscat PDO-Oman and presently in ADMA-OPCO as Reliability Engineer (Mech). I am familiar with shutdown/preventive/predictive/proactive maintenance activities.
My expertise is with both rotating and stationary equipments. Rotary equipments centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, reciprocating compressors, steam turbines, fans, agitators, gearboxes, belt conveyors, vibrating screens, and stationary equipments heat exchanger, ethylene furnace, reformers, Knock out drums, boilers, cooling towers, Valves, rubber lined storage tanks, vessels used for removal of sulphur content from hydro carbon(hydro fining) , three phase Separators etc .
My present association is with ADMA-OPCO, which is an offshore company working as Maintenance Reliability Engineer in the Reliability and Data Management Section, in their head office. The detailed resume has been attached here with.
I have been using MS office, compute- raised maintenance management system (CMMS), computerized material management system, Ramis, Maximo and SAP for day today activities.
