PROJECT PROFILE:
1) BOILER SEQUENCE CONTROL
· Done project on boiler sequence control using programmable logic controller
(siemens S7-300).
· Is a pure industrial project used in power plants.
· In this project the operation of four gas boiler is monitored and controlled in
sequence.
· The main objective of the project is to ensure that the four gas boiler do not
start simultaneously.
· Each of the boilers has two power settings and the temperature is set at
80degree centigrade and a thermostat detects the temperature.
· The programmable logic control is used to detect the status of devices used
and control the boiler power activation in a specified sequence.
· The programmable logic control reads the inputs and it detects the status of
device, executes the program and updates the output to the real world.
Responsibilties include:
· Assist in programming logic controls, design and perform testing.
· Maintain complete data and conduct analysis in sensors like temperature
and pressure using limit switches.
· Fault reporting and quality checks.
· Study client requirement and develop process flow charts and functional
block diagram.
· Coordinate with other disciplines such as Mechanical and Electrical teams.
· Debug programs for errors and modify sequences.
PROJECT PROFILE:
2) BOTTLE FILLING SYSTEM IN A CONVEYOR BELT
· This project works on the Automation of industrial process in automatic
control systems which enables the process to be operated using the process
equipments.
· Project is about the operation of a Bottle filling system using a stepper
motor.
· The timers and counters detects the operation of a filling system in a
particular duration.
· This project enables the line voltage and varies the current in the electric
circuit.
· This programming is done in a ladder logic using RS LOGIX500 and
updates the final output to the real world’s machine.
· The software used in this project is RS LOGIX500 in which the process
programming was done.
Responsibilties include:
· Worked on valves such as control and solenoid.
· Assisted in running the stepper motor.
· Worked on RSLOGIX500 and Millenium 3 softwares.
