Planner Roles:
- Prepare Project Schedule for Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Offshore Installation activities (using Primavera ver. 6.0)
- Prepare Manpower/Manning schedule to obtain Person On Board (POB) approval from Operations.
- Prepare Barge/Boat Utilization & Optimization Plan to support offshore installation activities.
- In a weekly basis, attend Integrated Field Planning (IFP) regular meeting with Operations to propose project offshore installation plan, barge/boat utilization, and manpower assignment to the designated platform.
- Involve in conducting Kick Off Meeting with contractor to discuss Project Controlling & Reporting which will be implemented during project execution period.
- Periodically attend project meeting among project team and contractor to control and monitor project progress (physical & commercial) to ensure the project is well implemented.
Cost Controller Roles:
- Prepare Project Budget to be proposed in the AFE and WP&B
- Prepare Owner Estimate (OE) as budget reference for PR (Purchase Requisition) & CRF (Contract Requisition Form), matched with the proper budget cost (AFE and WP&B)
- Responsible in Cost Controlling activities to generate and controls these below spreadsheets
