As Welding Inspector In Workshop & Site Activates As Following:
 Review All Applications Drawing & Standards.
 Check Purchase Order to ensure that base Metal and Filler Metal Materials are properly Specification.
 Check Welds Joint edge geometric.
 Check Joint fit up.
 Check the Welding Procedure and Welder qualifications.
 Check finished Weld Size and Length.
 Check Dimensional accuracy of completed Weldment.
 Evaluation test result.
 Prepare and maintain Inspection Visual reports.

As NDT Coordinator
 Verify that in process nondestructive examination is performed.
 Verify that additional of NDT has been performed if required.
 Evaluation of NDT results of material and Welding in according Codes, Standards and Specification (interpretation of RT films, UT, PT & MT evaluation).
 Verify that post weld heat treatment has been done satisfactory.
 Make coordination with welding inspectors and QC assistance in both workshop and site activates.
 Supervision of NDT & PWHT process, follow up for repair weld and taking class for welders about the repair welds monitoring and controlling repairs.

As QC Engineer for Test Packages
 Review and check test package (as built drawing, bunch list, NDT reports, welding summary, calibration equipments reports used in hydro test and hydro test reports).
