fpso head of services - jan. 2004 up to may 2006: management & co-ordination of the contract adm., cost control, planning, document control, adm/office, logistics & services to company activities related to the fpso package (epcc contract price > $1 billion), eng. phase in paris & korean cst. Sites.
dolphin energy Ltd - cst. project – qatar ($4.0 billion) - total, uog, occidental petroleum & total.
onshore project controls supervisor – 2003: management & co-ordination of the contract adm, cost control, planning & adm/office services activities + reporting activities + manage recruitment of the onshore project controls team. Prepare epcc phase.
sincor (heavy oil crude extraction & upgrade) 1998 to 2002 cst. project – venezuela – ($4.2 billion) - totalfinaelf, statoil & pdvsa -– 8 sites worldwide.
contracts close out co-ordinator - oct. 2000 up to end 2002: 1750 commitments up to $900 million. write procedures, contracts & legal documents database. managed contracts administrators, liaised with the package mngers for planning close out. coordinated financial close out with cost control dpt, contracts close out reporting. liaised with the opco.
services & project controls engineer Oct. 1998 up to Sep. 2000: project organisation, developed & implemented 25 functional procedures (finance/cost control, hr & contracts) for project & opco. redesigned the hr database. reorganised functional processes as mobilisation, invoices processing or timesheets handling. created, implemented & control authority delegation manual. controlled the organisation developments & advised the project management on this matter.
